3ds download (cia): 

----MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CUSTOM FIRMWARE INSTALLED OR FILE WILL NOT RUN----

insert your 3ds sd card into your computer

insert file into cias folder on sd card

insert sd card back into 3ds

launch FBI

navigate to where you put the file

press the file

press ''install and delete''

Gameboy download (gb):

put file on flashcart

put flashcart in Gameboy, power on
